Just a quick note today about the Dream Cheese that will be delivered to TenSleep tomorrow, Worland Thursday, plus our pickups at the ranch store got their samples yesterday. Be sure and let me know if you missed out as some picked up before I got it packaged.
There will be samples of two flavors so everyone will get to taste this yummy probiotic filled soft cheese. The Sweet Orange Dream Cheese will be delightful in the morning on a piece of sourdough toast, and the Savory Dream Cheese delicious as a late afternoon snack with veggies or crackers. For this one if you love our Marinated Feta I think you will also love Savory Dream Cheese. Please let me know which one you tried and how you liked. I'm planning with a friend to pair her pepper jelly with a plain Dream Cheese sometime in November before we dry the cows up. Happy Halloween! Have a great week. Kris

Last week Halloumi "Diamond S Grilling Cheese" was a hit. More orders than cheese, so we made a larger batch today. It's pressing as I write. This is a cheese that doesn't melt, is very mild and wonderful in many dishes. A couple suggestions would be to fry with potatoes and onions, or put on the grill with hot peppers and a burger or steak. We had homemade tomato soup with our Halloumi grilled inside on the pancake grill. Served as an open faced sandwich on sourdough bread, with a wonderful tomato soup thanks to Lory and Dave Greer canned from their garden.
Please order for delivery this week. If you want to keep for a special date in the future this versatile cheese can be stored in a brine for up to 6 months. Message me for recipe and to get some. Last chance this year. We have orders for fresh cheese curd too so this will be available the week of October 25th or November 1st depending on our supply. Please get on our list soon. Today's Grilling Cheese will be ready by 6 pm. Stop by the ranch store and pick up! $12 for 18 oz I was feeling grateful yesterday when the rancher brought me lunch. Fresh sidepork and egg torts. You can see them in the back ground! Much appreciated, while making butter, that too you can see in the picture. This week LEMON YOGURT have several pints not spoken for. If you haven't gotten on the October list yet please respond soon. I will leave extra pints in Worland at our little shop on Thursday. HALLOUMI "Grilling Cheese" is also in the process today! Message me if you want some. I am sorry no blogs or updates for so long. I am passively looking for another young person that enjoys this type of work. If you hear or know anyone let me know. To start March 1st, 2021, when our cows will be fresh again. Remember no more milk December 1st. If you want to freeze some please contact me for extra to freeze during our dry spell.
