We had a little surprise - check out the photo college - one of our girls snuck 15 babies in on us.  Can't believe we didn't miss her coming in to roost and be locked up for the night,  for 21 days!!!

You are very much appreciated.  We love hearing from you and we are doing our best to get the products you order.  Every day is a learning day for us, and we love them all.  We are having a small class on Tuesday the 3rd.  All it takes is for you and one or two of your friends to pick a couple different dates that will work for you and give us a call.  We will spend the day together working on products that you are interested in making.  Call for more information.

Nothing like taking two special little girls for a ride!  Little brother Bridger got a quick ride too before lunch.  Hoping to make time each week for some riding lessons with Cedar and Lily.  We all enjoyed the change of pace. ​

At Diamond S Delights we deliver milk and other delights to Bee Healthy on Thursday.  Time is changing to NOON this month.  Message us if this is inconvenient for you and we will adjust.  Bee Healthy is open from 10 till 5:30 Mon thru Sat and you can pick up anytime they are open.   Deliveries to TenSleep will be changing soon too but you will be notified of new pick up place when finalized!!   Pickups at the ranch haven't changed.  Other than some days our frig is quite full if someone forgets or can't pick up for a day or two!!  Remember we like you to get your product at it's freshest. 
​Questions seem to never be quite answered fully so a little explanation here.  ​Hope this helps and doesn't confuse anyone more.  ​

1. Each Diamond S raw milk purchaser or co-op member is asked to sign a waiver and read an information sheet to belong to our little Raw Milk Co-op.  Simple as that.  Information sheet gives you a couple websites. 
   • The Weston A Price Foundation has a wealth of information about the wonderful benefits of Raw milk.  His story is an amazing one about studying people around the world (including Switzerland where I visited last summer and got to walk in his foot steps and learn.) and seeing how a nourishing traditional diet can change our lives.  http://www.westonaprice.org.  This is a fast growing non-profit group that organized in Dr. Price's honor to educate and promote health.  Please if you have some time check out this website and join our group.
   • The second website takes you to the state  of Wyoming's website and here you can read about the food freedom act signed by Governor Matt Mead on March 3rd, 2015 stating it is legal in Wyoming for you to drink Raw Milk and how to go about doing that.  http://legisweb.state.wy.us/2015/enroll/HB0056.pdf.  This is in large part thanks to the WAP foundation.
2. We encourage everyone belonging to our co-op to figure your families needs for the month, and at the beginning of each month pay for the gallons of milk, cream and/or kefir you get on a weekly basis. We appreciate checks for both of our records, cash is always appreciated too.  Yes this takes a little planning but this way we all know what needs to be bottled and delivered.  If you let us know in advance you will be gone you don't have to pay for that week or period of time you will be gone, but please let us know a head of time so we can plan to use your share so nothing is wasted.
3. Special orders or weekly specials will still be happening.  These fresh cheese, butter and aged cheese or weekly specials are not paid at the beginning of the month.  Just as you pick them up.  Bee Healthy is stocked with Marinated Feta, Cultured Butter, Ricotta, Cream Cheese and Cottage cheese now thru Thursday the 7th.  Order your favorite fresh cheeses to be delivered the week of the 10th.
4. We make cheese twice a week - usually Tuesday and Saturday.  These dates may change depending on our calendar and supply of milk.  We try to produce somewhere around 5 to 7 gallons weekly in fresh cheeses, somewhere around 15 gallons into an aged cheese. The first person placing a special order for the week, is usually what we stock the shelves at Bee Healthy and our ranch Store with.  Watch our blog for what has been ordered.
5. Sourdough bread - order now for delivery the week of the 10thth and let us know your weekly needs.  Sourdough takes time so let us know early how many loaves and what kind you prefer.  Artisan or Sandwich loaves.
6. We've had lots of inquiries about Cheese Making Classes.  Yes these can be scheduled at the ranch with small groups.   You will go home with recipes, samples and hopefully confidence to make your own creations.  What is required from you 

• Create your own small group, minimum of 2 maximum 4 or 5 depending on if you want to stay the night in our little guest cabin.  Message us for more details if this interests you.  
• Give us a couple dates that will work for your group so we can plan around our schedule and yours.
