![]() Howdy, friends! We hope everyone had a meaningful Memorial Day weekend, filled with celebration and remembrance. It's a special time to honor those who have served our country, and we’re grateful for the sacrifices made. Most of the town used the weekend to participate in a local event in town called the Cowboy Carnival and there was an incredible turnout. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and meet new folks. There were so many fun activities to attend like a packing and colt starting clinic, quilt show, BB gun shoot, 5k, and of course, a tasty lunch with meat provided from one of the local ranching families. All in all we had a great weekend and we hope you all did as well! Dairy Updates We wanted to pass on a few updates/good-to-knows for this week as we get into June. Also, it’s not too late to place your June monthly orders so please get those in ASAP if you haven’t yet! Cheese Curds Galore! We’ve been whipping up cheese curds every week, and they’re quickly becoming a fan favorite. Our cheese curd bundle is the best value – choose any three flavors for $15! If you prefer to buy them individually, they’re $6.50 each. And heads up, our mozzarella cheese is in high demand with only four left, so grab them while you can! Aged Cheeses Update Our aged cheeses are completely sold out until sometime in July. We typically have between 10 and 12 gallons of milk each week dedicated to making cheese or other special products you request. Our fresh cheeses have been pulling at our supply, but don't worry – we have 8 wheels in the aging cave. These require a minimum of 2 to 6 months to age, involving lots of hours turning, brine wiping, and daily checking. Once we start cutting the wheels, you can look forward to some delicious Cowboy Cheddar, Saddlestring Swiss, and Good Ol’ Gouda. Keep checking in for updates! Flavored Yogurts Our flavored yogurts are available twice a month, and the Vanilla Greek Yogurt is becoming quite popular. Mark your calendars – the next batches will be ready the week of June 10th and June 24th. Thanks for supporting our dairy and hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather as we lean into Summer!

Embracing Nature: The Story Behind Wild Sunshine Tallow From an early age, Heather felt a deep-seated need to create and work with her hands, to delve into the wondrous properties of nature. It was during one such exploration that she stumbled upon the remarkable benefits of tallow – a discovery that would ignite a passion project like no other. The first time she ever used tallow, she was astounded by its transformative effects on her skin and its rich, savory flavor when used in cooking. It was a revelation, a glimpse into the boundless potential of natural ingredients. As the trend of tallow skincare began to gain traction, she knew in her heart that she had to take matters into her own hands and create something truly special. Her vision was clear – she wanted to harness the rejuvenating properties of nature to craft skincare products that nurtured and nourished the skin. And thus, Wild Sunshine was born, infused with the essence of the untamed wilderness and crafted with love and care. When she launched Wild Sunshine in September 2023, she was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from the community. Her tallow skincare products found their way into the hands of countless children and women, each one enamored by its intoxicating fragrance and the remarkable medicinal properties it offered for their skin, no matter the season of life. Today, she is delighted to share Wild Sunshine with you – a labor of love that has been embraced by her family and every family she has had the pleasure of sharing it with. It's a testament to the power of nature and the beauty of simplicity. Specials of the Week:
