It's a new week here at Diamond S and a new week brings new products! This week we will have:

• Blue Cheese Dressing
• A fresh made cheese
• Parmesan Cheese (taking orders)
• Maple/Vanilla Kefir (taking orders)

If you would like to order Parmesan or the flavored Kefir send Kris a text at 307-272-5334 so she can reserve some for you!

Miss Belle and Miss Princess are getting closer every day to calving and once that happens we will have more milk to make into specialty products, that is of course after their calves get their fill!

We'd also like to tell everyone that this is the last week for Blaise and I at Diamond S Delights. We have found a place to call our own! We have had such a wonderful time at Diamond S; we've learned a lot and we've met so many amazing people! It's hard to imagine that it's been a little less than 2 years ago when we first started writing the blogs and helping out at the dairy and all the markets. How time flies! We won't be too far away so I'm sure we will see each other around! We hope all of the readers of the blog have enjoyed them as much as we have writing them. There are big things in store for this micro-dairy and we can't wait to see what happens next!

Hi There!

Everyone has their hands full here at the ranch with all the new calves we have been welcoming to this world! We have even had a few sets of twins which have been using up all of the extra milk we have here at the dairy. The dairy continues to prove to be a huge asset and blessing in more ways than we imagined! Being able to supplement the twins with milk from our dairy cows will allow them to grow up stronger and healthier.

So needless to say, products for this week at The Bee are still up in the air! Our raw milk orders will continue to be the priority and if we have any extra milk after filling those orders and feeding the new twin calves we will make some fresh dairy products! Other than that expect some hard cheeses this week from our aging room.

We hope everyone enjoys their week and the weatherman is calling for 40 degrees come Friday! Who else is ready for some warmer weather and sunshine?!
