At Diamond S, we don't really have tuffets, we have mountains... 
And hopefully we don't have many spiders....
BUT we definitely DO have whey!!

We have been hard at work with our cheese making.  With whey being the natural by-product of cheese, she has quite a bit of it to share.  If you aren't familiar with it, liquid whey also has many micronutrients. These nutrients include minerals like potassium, calcium, phosphorous and zinc. There are also digestive enzymes and milk proteins.  Take a look at what our friends at the Weston A. Speaking of the Weston A. Price Foundation!

We have been members of this foundation for years.  They do amazing things including research, education, and advocacy for natural foods and sourcing from small farms.  We highly recommend checking out their website: https://www.westonaprice.org/
