Hey everyone!
We hope your Thanksgiving was a great time spent with family and friends gathered around  a delicious meal. Diamond S is sure thankful for all of the support and friends we have made over the past several years! We hope you had some of our product at your dinner table for Thanksgiving, but if not there is still plenty of time to request a special order for Christmas! 

If you are around Worland this Friday be sure to stop in and get some more delicious dairy products at Bee Healthy. This week we will have two kinks of fresh curd. One will be a spicy hot pepper and the other a sea salt and black pepper! We are also making a special batch of 'Blue DiamondS' cheese spread available to buy along with some aged cheese to cut and taste.

Good morning everyone!

We hope your week has started out great. Not a lot to report this week, but we are very excited to be at Bee Healthy again this Friday to share some product with you. If you went to Bee Healthy last week you may have met Megan Meyer. Megan has jumped on board to help with literally everything, and lately she has stepped in to make some delicious cottage cheese! We will have that, along with plain yogurt, lebneh yogurt, marinated feta, Monterrey Jack cheese (aged 4 months!), as well as some of that delicious spicy pepper-jack we had available last week that has aged 90+ days. 

We also do milk deliveries to Bee Healthy every Friday. If you would like to get on our weekly delivery please email us at diamondsretreat@gmail.com. We are hoping everyone has been staying warm in this winter weather we have been having lately! The picture above is one of the last ones I took before the snow came! We sure are missing those nice fall days!

This week we will be at Bee Healthy on Friday with all the Worland milk deliveries and an assortment of dairy products. Be sure to stop by and pick-up what you ordered for the week! Everything will be in the fridge with your name on it. We will also have Lebnah Yogurt, Plain Yogurt, Ghee, and some hard cheeses there as well! If you can't make it Friday, you can stop by any other day of the week when The Bee is open to pick-up any of the available products in the fridge. Please leave your payment in an envelope with your name on it so we know what you purchased.
