We hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend. It was so good seeing many of you in Hyattville for the Cowboy Carnival. We hope you had a chance to stop by our little store and pick up some product while you were near. If not, be sure to grab some Diamond S Delights the next time you are in town! Here at Diamond S we go by the honor system. So if no one is in the store at the time grab one of our delicious products and leave the money in the basket.

Also, we have talked to many of you about becoming part of our weekly milk delivery, If you are around Worland, Tensleep, Basin or Greybull be sure to contact us at [email protected] and we can get you on our schedule! We can deliver milk or whatever product you like most that we have in stock.

The most important part of this is your input. We value everything our customers have to say and are especially interested in making your favorite dairy delights. So please be sure to comment on our weekly blogs or send us an email of what you would like to see more of.

Once again Taste of Wyoming was a joy to be a part of! There were close to 20 different vendors each showcasing their specialty products! Diamond S Delights brought along cultured butter to top the sourdough bread with. Samples of mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and sharp swiss along with the ever most popular marinated feta cheese! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to have a taste and to those of you who took some products home!

This week at our little dairy store we have:

Also, if anyone is interested in raw milk, get your order in ahead of time and you can either pick up at the dairy store or we can deliver to Ten Sleep, Worland, Basin, or Greybull.

Hey Everyone!
We just wanted to make sure you all knew about the "Taste of Wyoming III" event going on this Friday, the 19th, in Basin. Not only will we be there, but also many other local vendors showcasing their Wyoming made products. We have really enjoyed the past several events there and have met so many wonderful people. Here is the flyer for the event.  

We hope to see you there, as we will have many Diamond S Delights for you to sample and purchase. Fresh sourdough bread and a variety of cheeses will be for sale.

As for this week, we have mozzarella, halloumi and marinated feta available! Take a look at the fresh mozzarella and come down to the store and grab some now! Have a great day.

It's the start to another busy week! We are getting ready for the Taste of Wyoming event next Friday (19th) in Basin. We plan on having Swiss and Cheddar that have been aged 5 months, Marinated Feta, and Fresh Sourdough Bread. Come sample what the Big Horn Basin has to offer and take some products home with you. We hope to see you there!

For those not familiar with ghee, it is butter that has had the milk proteins removed. It has many benefits including strengthening the immune system, improving heart health, reducing inflammation in the GI tract, increasing energy levels, decreasing stress levels, and  improving eye health by helping to prevent cataracts.  Ghee is also rich in vitamins A, D, and E. Ghee is technically "dairy-free" so for those of you who cannot tolerate dairy, give ghee a try!
