I wanted to start this week by giving you all an update on what Kris has been up to in Switzerland! Below you'll see that they made it to the Alps! They all got the opportunity to milk 60 Brown Swiss cows while there. They also worked together to thrash some rye grain which they later made sourdough bread out of. I think we can all say that Kris is right in her element!

Happy Monday everyone! We hope you all start this week out with a great day. We have a variety of items available at the store so be sure to stop on by and take a look. As we mentioned last week, we also have grass finished beef available now! Make sure to get ahold of Amanda to order you half or whole beef today. This week we have:
Speaking of Swiss Cheese, Kris is currently on a tour of Switzerland! She is traveling all over seeing different places and even going on several cheese tours! I'm sure she will bring back a bunch of great ideas and stories to share in the future. Here is a picture of Kris and her sister, Trudy, on the first day of their adventure!  But in the mean time, you don't have to go all the way to Switzerland for some delicious cheese, just stop on by our little store!

CSA stands for 'Community Supported Agriculture' and we are excited to be a part of it again this year. We were also glad to meet a bunch of great people at the Ten Sleep Brewery on Friday night. Several local vendors showed up and brought a variety of products to buy. On a hot July night it was good to be so close to the local watering hole! We will try to make these several times throughout the summer, so we hope to see you there!  This week, for the store and for Lloyd Craft Farms we will have an assortment of different cheeses, bread, butter and yogurt! Blaise  Happy Birthday America! 241 years ago we declared independence from Great Britain. We hope you are all enjoying your time away from work, that is if you get the day off. With so many events going on around the Bighorn Basin you're sure to find some fun! From the local Ten Sleep Rodeo to helicopter rides to the Pony Express ride from Hyattville to Ten Sleep there is plenty to watch or participate in!
