We have some important updates and exciting news to share with you this week!
Order Deadline
First off, a quick reminder: the order deadline for next month is June 30th, tomorrow. Make sure to get your orders in by then to ensure you don't miss out on any of our delicious products! Thank you to all for bringing in your milk bottles whenever you pick up your orders. It a HUGE help and allows us to continue providing you milk easily and on time!
Cheese Availability
We currently have three different cheeses available: Swiss, Gouda, and Cheddar. If you'd like to place an order go ahead and do so on the website and we'll respond with the estimated delivery time once we have a better idea on inventory. Keep in mind that our cheeses require 60-90 days to age. We cut two wheels last Monday, and they sold out almost immediately. We'll continue cutting and delivering more as they become available, so stay tuned!

Beef Orders
All beef orders have been spoken for. If you've already placed your order, please contact Kris to get on the delivery list. You can text her at 307-272-5334 with a good time and number for her to get in touch with you, and she will coordinate the delivery dates and details.

Kids and Dairy Cows
We've had an incredible time lately with kids coming out to the dairy to learn what it takes to own and care for a dairy cow. Their eagerness to learn and get involved has been truly heartwarming. We love seeing the next generation show such excitement and passion for the dairy business!

Hi, friends!
Things have been in full swing around here these days! With the warmer temps comes irrigation, haying and cattle work. It’s a busy time of year for most ranchers and it’s only getting more crazy as the summer goes on.
Anywho we wanted to give a shoutout to a former customer and friend of the dairy, John Boyd! He has been instrumental over the years from the set up of the website to all the behind the scenes items with how you all are able to place orders and even updating the weeks for order options when you add to your cart. We would be lost without John if we didn’t have his technical acumen throughout it all.
Recently, John and his mom, Suzette, moved to Texas and we miss them both dearly. When they were preparing to move, they gifted us several charming items they had collected. Among these treasures was an adorable little Amish buggy. Our 6-year-old grandson immediately took to it, transforming it into a cozy bed for the cats. He's also decided that we need two tiny mules to pull it around, just like the cute mini mule colt we’ve seen. Can you imagine how fun that would be?
We’d just like to say thank you to John and for all the work he has done for us and to wish him the best down in Texas!
Cheese Updates
This week we're cutting a couple of new wheels of cheese, so you can look forward to Good Ol' Gouda and Cowboy Cheddar being available next week. For this week, we still have a few packages of Saddlestring Swiss crumbles. These are perfect for frying into tasty fritters or slicing up to top your favorite burger. And don’t forget about our Grilling Cheese – it’s always a hit!
We also have made another batch of our Schmeirkase cheese that will be available soon on the website! You can use this for a variety of different things like dipping pretzels in, nachos topping, spread on crackers, etc.
Yogurt Specials
We’re also whipping up a fresh batch of our popular Lemon and Vanilla Greek Yogurts. We’ll have enough to fill all current orders, plus we’ll have two of each flavor not yet spoken for. If you’d like to grab one this week, please let us know soon so we can set some aside for you.
