As we get busier we are always looking for ways to make things go smoother and easier, right? Well that is what I thought I was doing back in March just as the cows were calving and we were covered up with work. Let's simplify our bookkeeping I thought to myself, and thought joining forces with Barn2Door was the next best move for our fast growing little business. After all they would take care of inventory, pick lists, place the orders online, send out emails ect. ect. They didn't realize that I have no time to devote to learning new tricks especially if it involves this computer which as you all know I've not had access to since the first of April, when mine crashed. I'm getting things back a piece at a time. Still no excel spreadsheets. They were lost so recreating that aspect is taking time. But what I've realized is the new system is not working for me and as of today it is no longer a viable way to place your order. Please go to our products page look over what you want on a weekly basis and pay for it at the bottom using Venmo. The Pay Now button will take you right there. You of course can still pay with cash or check. To pay online please use the Venmo ap downloaded on your phone. And note what you are paying for or send me a text at 272-5334. You monthly orderers already know what to do. Venmo just gives you the opportunity to pay online with your phone. Thank you once again for your continued support and business.

Happy June, Everyone! May was certainly a busy one for us here at Diamond S and especially complicated with the fact that none of our computers have been working correctly. This has made communication extremely difficult. So if you have attempted to email us and not heard back, we are sincerely sorry!! Hopefully the computer issues will be behind us soon and we'll be back up and running online 100%!

Take note: overall milk consumption is going up throughout the summer and the results leave us less milk to use for making other dairy products. So jump on it when you see the ordering window open!

Bitsy's Best Butter
Named after our sweet little Jersey milking heifer, this butter made with our A2 Whipping cream which has been cultured for 24 hours, chilled, then churned into our Bunkhouse Cultured Butter. To that we added all organic ingredients - olive oil, garlic, chives, basil and thyme.
Doesn't that just sound delicious? It's perfect on toasted sourdough bread with a slice of Saddlestring Swiss, great added to a good steak as it's coming off the grill or on those fresh veggies coming out of the garden.
