Who says "Ol" dogs can't try new tricks?

Notice how I didn't say mastered new tricks!!!  In the past few months we've gone through a motor on one butter-churn and the other is out of commission at the moment too, so we've invested in a butter churn made and perfected in Turkey!
This week I have 10 samples of three Turkish products for an introductory price of $3 for the group.  The first 10 to respond to this note will help us determine if all the work in learning a new trick is worth it!

SAMPLERS - What you will be getting:  We need 10 responses today! 

1. Turkish buttermilk, pint or quart (with Easter around the corner; buttermilk pancakes anyone?)
2.  Turkish Butter, 2 oz 
3.  Turkish Sour Cream, 2 oz

What we've noticed: the buttermilk is heavenly and definately a keeper.  The butter is cultured but much milder flavor than our traditional 48 hour culture.  The Sour Cream has a nice light flavor, but much different that what  you buy in the store or what we've made before.  Delivery at Bee Healthy tomorrow by 10 a.m. Lots of milk, and kefir coming your way, as well as the samples above. 
          For April 22nd please get your orders in by Wednesday the 17th for: 

• Marinated Feta pints $15       1/2 pints $8
• Greek yogurt quarts $7.50      pints $4

All changes to regular orders are appreciated by the previous Wednesday as well.  We are a tiny micro dairy that doesn't waste any milk, and need time to plan the weeks orders.  Thank you all for being diligent in getting your bottles returned.  What we are striving for is that everyone will figure out their milk needs for the week and pay for that milk, kefir, yogurt, or cheese on the first day of the month.   
We welcome anyone that would like to meet the girls, big (cows) little (chickens) to come visit.  That reminds me the little girls are laying better.  If you would like to be added to our list for eggs let us know.  $4.25 per dozen.
