Dear Diamond S Delights Customer,
What a wonderful day we had yesterday , Thursday at Bee Healthy. Dream Cheese was a great hit. I hope you all will watch the video in our last blog, and want to try this at home, or order once per month from us. We will gladly share Kefir grains to all that ask. Thank you to those of you that stoped by or have already placed your orders. It was evident that everyone enjoyed tasting. Products we had and will have available different weeks during the month include Lemon Yogurt, Plain Yogurt, Cultured Butter, Kefir, Maple Kefir, Marinated Feta, Raw Milk, & Liquid Gold (thick whipping cream).
We have been developing our business products and trying different models/modes for the past few years. Most of you have been through the evolution of business changes with us and we’re thrilled you are still enjoying our products!
We have found that this lovely dairy business could easily take up all of our pre-dawn and daylight hours if we let it. Milking cows, sterilizing jars, chilling and bottling milk, making special orders of kefir, yogurt, butter and cheeses, and so on. In hopes of organizing for better efficiency and time management, we are wanting to implement a few basic standard procedures.
For our consistent customers who order weekly or bi-weekly, we want to make sure you have what you need when you need it and not get lost in the shuffle of special/short notice orders. Does this mean that you can’t order things on short notice? No, but we can’t guarantee we will have what you want/need for short notice orders, either.
First, we ask that you put your order the 21st of every month. Example: Order by 21st of March for your April dairy, and the 21st of April for your May delivery. This ensures we can organize the proper products to be made and bottled for you that month. Watch the product page middle of each month so you know what will be available and which week, then place your order by the 21st.
Second, we ask that you pay on or by the first pick-up/delivery of the month. Remember this ensures your order will be ready each week.
For our sporadic, special-orders only customers, we value your business and want to make sure you get your healthy and delicious dairy, too!
First, we ask you order 2 weeks ahead. While we can typically fill an order on short notice, giving us the 2 weeks courtesy allows for us to make sure we have what you need, when you need it. Does this mean that you can’t order things on short notice? No, but we can’t guarantee we will have what you want/need for short notice orders.
Second, we ask for payment in full before or upon receipt of your product.
For ALL Diamond S Customers:
Cash and Check are preferred routes of payment, however PayPal is set up and working on our website and is a seondary payment source. Fees are associated with this payment method and will be added to your total when invoices are sent. Venmo is another option with no fees and is available as of yesterday. To access this option type in Venmo@Kris-Robertson-6. Please feel free to discuss these options with us if you have any questions.
We ask that all jars AND lids be cleaned and brought back promptly (weekly if you are a regular customer or whenever the jar has been emptied for those who special order) in order for us to continually fill demand. We know jars have become somewhat of a desired item recently but jars you receive your dairy in must be returned, and used only for your dariy products.
When returning jars, please place them in the coolers marked Diamond S. This ensures the best possible storage and least possibility of breaking. If no coolers are available or they have been filled, jars can be placed on an empty shelf in the refrigerator.
