This week "our girls" gave us enough milk to fill all the milk, kefir, cream, butter, and buttermilk orders, plus 8 extra gallons. One half went to an old favorite that several have been waiting for for quite a while. Garlic-Chive Fresh Pressed Cheese. Out of the 5# wheel we have 5 wedges left ranging in size from 6 to 11 oz. Prices range from $3.75 to $7.00 per wedge. Please message me if you want one reserved. We also have 3 pints of Marinated Feta left from last batch. New batch to be ready May 6th. The new butter seems a little different but I really like. We have 1 pound not spoken for @ $12.00. If you haven't tried it yet there are small cubes at Bee Healthy in the door of the frig. It's always such a joy to visit with like minded folks. Last week I was treated to pictures of Mozzarella Cheese they had made then used this cheese to make their pizza. Next time I'll remember to ask for pictures...they too utilize all the different products, including the whey, making carmels. Our whey this week went into Ricotta. 2 gallons make 12 ounces, but it is delicious and will be a family favorite tomorrow. Folks after my heart! EXTRAS to CLAIM SOON:
