Hey Everyone!
Just wanted to remind all of you that February 4th is when we will be having our cheese/bread making class! We are very excited to show you some of the techniques we use to make some of our delicious products. After leaving the class you will be well versed in how to make artisan sourdough bread, several types of cheese as well as fermented vegetable products. It is $50 for the entire day and if you would like to sign up please contact Kris as soon as possible.

I also wanted to take the time to tell you about the buttermilk pancake kit we have available. Below are pictures of the delicious pancakes Emma made this morning.

As Emma mentioned before, this kit comes with all of the buttermilk and dry ingredients to make your family a wonderful breakfast.
Ingredients include:  1 teaspoon salt 
                                  2 teaspoons baking powder
                                  1 teaspoon baking soda
                                  2 cups of sifted flour
                                  2 tablespoons sugar
                                  2 eggs, slightly whisked
                                  2 cups of buttermilk
                                  2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
