Hey there, It's been a long few weeks. Something that we have decided to try making is Sage Cheddar, with beautiful fresh Sage from Lloyd Craft Farm. It needs to age 60 days and will be ready the end of July. One round is 6 pounds and the other is 7.5.
A new batch of Capitain's Kraut was made Friday 5/29. We let our batches ferment for 3 weeks. Savory Kraut was bottled on the 27th. Only have one bottle left $18 here at the ranch store.
