Making Mozzarella

Hey there,
So yesterday we made mozzarella cheese. Brody and I ended up breaking up the process into shifts unintentionally. Brody started first milking the cows and helping make the curds and I got here around 10  to help by stretching the cheese and forming them. In the time where  we were waiting, I decided to make a small batch of cottage cheese for my family. In the end, we made around 15 pounds of mozzarella cheese.   We have some packaged and labeled in our ranch store for sale.  Others will be special ordered right here and delivered this week.  Please call or text right away as we had a waiting list from last time.  First come first serve.  Thanks for stopping by!
