Make Special Holiday Orders Now!

Wow! This December is just flying by. So much left to do and still so little time, but that's the way it always seems to go this time of year. 

As you all may know, we are a very small micro dairy servicing as many families as we possibly can with 5 A2 Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. With one dry and one raising 2 more calves we are only milking 3 right now.  We try not to waste a drop of the wonderful milk, making cheese and butter only once per week right now. Our number one priority is getting everyone their raw milk.  Then we fill all our special orders.  So please order as soon as you can if you want something special to share with your loved ones this Christmas season.  We will do our best to have it for you.

By the end of this week we will be filling orders for Marinated Feta, get us the size you are wanting for those gifts - pints are $15 and quarts are $24, other special orders this week are cottage cheese kefir.  Next week we will begin making the Holiday cheese ball, our Blue DiamondS cheese spread and a new fresh cheese that will be the ultimate cream cheese spread for bagels.  All three of these cheese spreads will be $7.50 for 8 oz.  Please get your orders in as soon as possible.  

We will again have aged Swiss cheese and rye sourdough bread on Friday at Bee Healthy.  Drop in and taste and order with us between 3:30 and 5:30 and check out all of Janet's creations, and pick up your special box of veggies from Lloyd Craft Farms.
