It's that time, again.Orders are due for November! Please order from our website store. Gene & Kris will be gone in November and orders need to be sent on line so Linda can fill each week. And here's another catch, beginning in November we will only be offering milk and kefir, both maple & plain. The cows will start to decrease in production soon and winter makes everything at the ranch and dairy barn a little more complicated. So, unless otherwise noted, there will be NO cream, butter, yogurts (plain or lemon). That being said, we do have Feta in the process of aging and Dream Cheese that will be ready the first half of November, so that IS available to order as long as supplies last. Aged cheeses are always in progress, our large spring stash has just sold out and we are adding to the aging cooler and will let you all know when our first wheel is ready. Follow this link to order: https://diamond-s-ranch.mybigcommerce.com/. Orders are due no later than Sunday for weekly orders. As always, we do have 3 methods of paying: cash, check, and Venmo. Be sure your orders are in and you're paid up! Winter DeliveryAlong with limited products, winter delivery may be limited as well. Think about your abilities, talk to your fellow dairy fans, and let me know if you might be able to make the Hyattville drive once a month or once every other month to take a couple coolers of milk/kefir back to your town. Any willingness to help in this area is greatly appreciated by all at the Diamond S Ranch! Have you wondered what delivery looks like?Contrary to our limited winter products, we offer such a variety of dairy during the warm weather when the cows are producing the most. Consistently through the summer yogurt week is the biggest week for delivery. Wanna see what that has looked like? Claire took some photos to share! For this specific delivery, there were 8 coolers packed for delivery to Ten Sleep and Worland. It's quite the haul! We so enjoy filling your orders for dairy every week and appreciated every one of our customers and those that follow our blog for updates. We also really love it when clean jars are returned to us each week as it makes our jobs a little easier! Blessings to all! ~Kris P.S. Cheese is good for teeth!Be on the look out for aged cheeses as they become available late winter and into the spring!
