Good Morning Everyone! This Thursday will be the last day of Lloyd Craft's Market for us in 2017! We are so grateful for all of the wonderful customers/friends that have stopped by to say hi as well as purchase some of our dairy delights. If you have the chance come on by one more time and grab what you can while we're there. This week we have a fresh batch of ghee, marinated feta, aged cheese wheel, and mozzarella. Here are some pictures of how Emma and I used the Mozzarella last time. First, roll out a sheet of puff pastry. After that, layer the bottom with tomato/pizza sauce and top it with some delicious Lloyd craft tomatoes. Finally, add on slices of our wonderful Mozzarella with a garnishing of basil. After that we added parmesan cheese to fill in the gaps, and baked for 15-20 minutes. It was so delicious and can hardly wait to try it again.
