Diamond S Ranch House Rates and Reservations

Check the calendar for the dates you're interested in, then drop us a line at diamondsretreat@gmail.com.  If your dates are available, we'll reserve them for you and request a deposit.  If they are not, we'll let you know - but we'd be glad to suggest area alternatives, or keep you on a backup-list should the original visitors cancel.

Visitors will be asked to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability, to acknowledge the remoteness of our location and recognize risks inherent in any of the outdoor activities that visitors may wish to pursue.  You may view, print, and sign a waiver now (attached here) or when you arrive in person.  For additional information on what to expect on a visit to the Ranch House, please view our Welcome Packet.

Rates (same at both locations)

• $105 per couple per night. ($100/night plus 5% tax)
• Families: $21 ($20 plus 5% tax)  additional charge for each child / person
• Check in time: just let us know when you'll be here.  We're flexible! 
• There is a 50% deposit required to secure your visit. Cancellations must be made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, and 50% of your deposit will be refunded. 
• Balance due and any add-ons during your visit are due upon departure.  (Add-ons could be any of the items to the right) 

• Fishing: $100 per day per rod (12 & older) 
• Children under 12 free if accompanied by paying adult
  
• Horse Boarding: $25 per horse per week
• Hunters welcome: $250 trespass fee per buck whitetail & mule deer, plus landowner coupon to be given to ranch owners for each buck or doe harvested.  Hunter orientation provided.
• Additional bedding (tents, porta-cribs, etc) available on request.
• Some deposits can be made through PayPal on our Shop page; these payments include Paypal's 2.9% service charge and $0.30 transaction fee.
