EASTER IS COMING SOON - HAPPY DAY

In the chaos here at the ranch we are milking 4 cows to date.  Have had 9 calves born and am share milking one and have gotten the other 4 cows out with eight calves. So each nurse cow has two calves each, it's taken more time than I remember it taking in the previous years, but as Gene and I joke we can still do a days work but now it takes us two days to get it done.     Yes last fall I downsized, the dairy side selling 6 of our milking cows.  It seems as hard to down size as it was to grow our little business nearly 15 years ago.  Anyway we still have some really nice cows for sale to the right homes.  Thru the years I've not only become addicted to some of the products we've created here but it's become a passion to provide the healthiest dairy possible for the little children.  I love them all.  Plus I love all my milking girls.  

Right now we are offering milk at the dairy.  No deliveries.  Make cheese when we have time and extra milk.  Kefir and cultured butter are the two items I can't be without so these will be available daily.  I do get behind on both, but given a few days notice can fill most orders.  No more online store.  Just text 307-272-5334 reoccurring orders are easiest for me, but if you need more than 5 gallons for a one time pickup just give me a few days notice and I'll let you know when ready.

Kefir $8 per half gallon bottle, $5 /quart $3 / pint
Cultured Bunkhouse Butter $12
Plain Yogurt $7 /quart
Sweet Cream or Creme Fraiche (cultured cream) $10 / pint

Grass Fed/Finished Beef products now available:
Hamburger $7 /pound packaged in 2# packages
Tallow $9/ pint
Freeze Dried Colostrum $15 / rehydrated makes about 2 gallons
3 whole beef for sale ready in July and August, get your name on the list before May 10th when deposit will be due. If  you want less than a whole beef call for availability!
