Ingredients:
  • 2 cups raw milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) unflavored gelatin
  • Fresh berries or fruit sauce for topping
Instructions:
  1. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of raw milk. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it gets soft and spongy.
  2. Heat the Milk and Cream: In a saucepan, mix the rest of the raw milk, heavy cream, and honey or maple syrup. Heat it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it’s hot but not boiling.
